These Terms govern your use of the website at blackfrog.ai and any inquiries you submit through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Engagements with Blackfrog under a separate written agreement are governed by that agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
1. Use of the website
You may browse the site for informational purposes and submit inquiries in good faith. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content for republication, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
2. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, layout, design, frameworks (including the FUSE Framework), and brand elements — is the property of Blackfrog.ai unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws. You may share links to public pages; you may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.
3. No engagement until written
Submitting an inquiry or having a conversation with Blackfrog does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation on our part. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement defining scope, fees, and deliverables.
4. No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of the site or any content on it. Case-study figures are reported from specific engagements and are not promises of similar results.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackfrog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
