What Kai can and can’t do.
Kai answers questions about Blackfrog — what the products do, how the costing and hospitality systems actually work, what the published numbers mean and where they came from, and whether a problem you describe is something we should be involved in. Ask it the awkward version: what the accuracy figure excludes, why a case study is anonymized, whether AI is the wrong tool for what you are dealing with.
What it will not do is pretend. It does not have your data, it cannot run an analysis on your business, and it is not quietly filing a lead while you type — if you want a person, you have to ask for one. It will tell you when it does not know something rather than produce a confident guess, which is the same standard the products are held to.
It is an assistant, not the product. The products get pointed at your real numbers and checked against figures you already trust; Kai is just the fastest way to find out whether that is worth a conversation.
